to the STONEHEDGE RAILWAY webpage! The Stonehedge Railway is a Garden Railroad built by Scot Lawrence, in Western NY, USA. My Stonehedge Railway gets its name and
inspiration from my Dad, who built the original
Stonehedge & Shady Pines Railroad in Waverly,
NY between 2001 and 2009. (click

2010 - Actual
construction begins! 
2011 -
construction halts! 
2012 - Slow
progress begins again.
2013 - Still slow,
but working on it.
2014 - The second
year where nothing gets done.
2015 - A return to
normalcy! and a good amount of progress.
2016
- woo hoo! getting work done! 2017 - Benchwork
begins. 2018 - Benchwork
continues, some track down, and first
trains run!
2019 - The Railroad
signal is up, and the lower Mainline is
complete!
2020 -
Work
begins on the left-side platform. 2021 -
The railroad is essentially
complete! For the first time! |
